Train the Trainer... Please....Help

I love going to trainings...for two reasons. 1. learning is fun 2. I love to watch trainers so I can learn how to improve as one. I haven't had a lot of professional training so I'm always trying to pick up on techniques and pay attention to how trainers interject their personalities to connect with learners. I'm done with my sessions for the year and today I got to be the learner. The course is focused on leadership and I'm stoked about what I'm learning. The content, structure, adult learning principles, and the instructor. Preach it sista.
